Baked Chicken Parmesan

Baked Chicken Parmesan

Serving Size: 4

1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 ounce can French fried onion rings, crushed
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

In microwave, melt butter. Stir into bowl with dry mustard, seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, parsley and onion rings. Dip chicken in the butter mixture, then in crumbs.

Place in 9×13-inch pan sprayed with Pam or buttered.

Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.

Notes:

Double this recipe for more guests. Great to make for meal preps for families at church. Just buy a foil disposable pan and cover with foil.
